Shipping & Ordering Information
Orders to be shipped
within Malaysia: Orders are shipped POSLAJU Malaysia
(EMS) unless otherwise specified. Orders will generally
ship in the next business day after receive the payment
but may take up to 2 days to ship if we require
additional information about the order. Occasionally, we
may encounter extremely heavy order volume which may
delay some packages. We make every attempt to ship
orders as fast as possible, and we do attempt to contact
customers should there be unforeseen delays due to stock
shortages or other situations beyond our control.

all orders sent via POSLAJU Malaysia (EMS):
Peninsular Malaysia.

Purchase below RM200 - Minimum Shipment Cost RM10
Purchase RM200 to RM500 - Shipment Cost is 5% from Total

Orders totalling RM500 or more for
customers located in Malaysia will receive free POSLAJU
Malaysia (EMS) service. If your order qualifies for free
shipping and you choose another shipping method no
credit will be given for the free shipping charge. This
offer applies to Malaysia customers only and may be
cancelled by Cigars Lounge at anytime without notice.
Notice! Please check your shipping
address carefully, If you give a wrong street address
and the courier company has to correct it before
delivery you will incur a minimum change of address fee.
This is the carriers charge for changing the address not
ours.
We do offer UPS Express, CityLink, DHL
etc. as other shipping options. Please state your
preferred carrier during finalized your order and the
shipment fee to be advised.
International Orders
We ship to any location on the planet
that legally allows the importation of tobacco.
Please note we are not responsible
for packages once they leave our facility. We will
furnish proof that the package in question left our
facility nothing more. If they are lost in the post or
seized by customs no refunds will be given. It is the
customers responsibility to determine if the products
you are buying are legal for import in to your country.
All international orders will be shipped via POSLAJU
Malaysia (EMS) Services. You may choose other
international carriers such as DHL, UPS Express etc, the
shipment fee is to be advise by our customer service.
There are cheaper methods of sending
international orders but we do not use them for a
variety of reasons including but not limited to no
tracking methods.
International shipping charges are
based solely on the weight of the package and will be
determined and added at the time of shipping.
Customs duties and any applicable
taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in any international shipping charge.
By ordering
tobacco products from our site you are certifying that
you (customer) are of legal age in your state of
residence and are responsible for all local tobacco
duties and taxes.
